My ‘On This Day’ series looks back at a photo shot on that exact date in the past. This image is from 1 October 2022.
Taken during a parade in Benidorm, Spain, I liked the contrast of the man filming with his phone, whilst clutching the tree, and someone in medieval costume passing by. I had no idea this parade was happening, but fortunately did stumble across it.
As it happens I am going to be in Benidorm from today, 1 October, for a few days – hopefully adding some more photos to my ongoing ‘Only In Benidorm’ series.
