Benidorm. Where the beer is cheaper than water, the sunburn is considered a tan, the full English is a cultural experience, you get in your daily 10k steps on a mobility scooter and the only Spanish you’ll ever need is ‘dos cervezas, por favor.’ It’s like Britain, but with better weather and absolutely no dignity.
This series started with my first trip there in 2013 and remains ongoing. Images run chronologically from oldest through to my most recent visit (2026).
