Images shot on film in Spain in March, 2018
On a trip to the Costa Blanca in Spain, in March 2018, I decided to mix things up a little. Having packed and taken with me my old compact Olympus XA4 point and shoot camera – complete with a 28mm lens – I decided to do a bit of street photography on Kodak Portra 400 film.
It had been a long time since I had shot on film, having gone digital in 2004. I should definitely do it again!
Here are the results, shot mainly in Benidorm and Alicante.

These are brilliant. What a wonderful set and great sequencing of them. Makes that last photo of the lady striding away along the beach into quite an emotional end to them.
