I’m delighted to say that my “Double Rainbows” photo was a shortlisted finalist in the “Stormy Day” 2023 contest run by the Motif Collective. You can see all the finalists by clicking here.
I’m pretty pleased to have been shortlisted for what is a street snapshot taken on a Ricoh GR3x given most of the finalists appear to have been serious landscape and environmental photographers, who likely trek up mountains and chase tornadoes.
I snapped “Double Rainbows” whilst walking home along Locking Road, in Weston-super-Mare, with my groceries shopping in the other hand. Just goes to show you can literally get a decent photo on your doorstep.
