I’m delighted to present a brand-new series called A West Country in Mourning.
Over the 10 days of national mourning, following the death of Queen Elizabeth II, I have been out and about in Weston-super-Mare, Bristol and Taunton to photograph how this historic period has been reflected across the West Country.
Well away from the more formal London-centric proceedings, I was keen to bring a more irreverent and local street photography eye to things rather than a more traditional straight documentary approach, that’s maybe being exhibited and presented elsewhere.
